To seed any good strategy or innovation, you have to put some capital into it. The Xavier Group, Ltd. typically works with its clients on a project basis.

All projects have a defined time and scope, and usually can last from as little as one day to as much as several months or years. We do perform pro bono work in certain circumstances. Typically, through, we agree a fixed fee in advance, based on a defined scope of work and work to assign clear outcomes.

This is the case whether you need a one-day knowledge workshop, systems engineering or strategic decision support.

Our projects always begin with a prospective client requesting that we perform something to help and assist them. We make an assessment and provide situational analyses of the area needing assistance. The assessment is to clarify the rationale and timing and scope of the project. The analyses are to understand deeply where you or your organization historically and presently stand and operate. When these are ready, we will provide a detailed-written proposal with findings, recommendations – and specific steps within the project, scope, and deadlines. Upon acceptance, an acceptance fee is required to initiate all projects. Further payments are do upon completion of intermediary steps, upon the beginning of implementation, and at final deployment and turnover of the project to you, or your team.
